Recipe Ingredients for Italian Butternut Squash Bake

1 lb. butternut squash, cubed
3 oz. bell pepper, diced
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 oz. yellow onion, diced
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 dash salt
1 tsp. canola oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for Italian Butternut Squash Bake

  1. Combine squash, pepper, garlic, onion and seasoning in prepared casserole dish.

  2. Toss with oil.

  3. Sprinkle cheese across top.

  4. Bake at 390 f. for about 50 minutes, or until slightly golden.
