6 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/8 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/8 cup grated parmesan cheese

parboil broccoli rabe for 3 minutes in salted water, heat 1 tbs of evoo and add 6 cloves of crushed garlic and onions sautee broccoli rabe in evoo until tender add red pepper and parmesan cheese
