Recipe Ingredients for Italian Broccoli and Quinoa Pilaf

0.529 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup, sliced Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 cup Quinoa
0.25 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes
0.17 tablespoon Oregano
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
16 oz Chicken 33% Less Sodium Broth Rtsb
2 cup Broccoli Cuts

Recipe Directions for Italian Broccoli and Quinoa Pilaf

In 3 qt saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic (finely chopped), cook about 2 min or until onion is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add quinoa, tomatoes,oregano,salt, & broth (or water). Heat to boiling.Cover,Reduce Heat,simmer 8 minutes. Uncover;stir in broccoli.Cover,cook 7 to 8 minutes longer or until broccoli & quinoa are tender. May sprinkle with shredded fresh Parmesan or grated parmesan. Add calories if used.
