Spinach, Tomato and Bacon scrambled eggs

Recipe Ingredients for Italian Breakfast Scramble

1 egg
3 egg whites
1 cup spinach
50 grams grape tomatoes, 5 tomatoes
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 serving oscar meyer ready to serve bacon
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
2 green onions
1/8 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 oz fat free cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Italian Breakfast Scramble

  1. Combine egg and whites with milk in bowl and whip. Chop spinach, tomatoes and green onions.

  2. Microwave bacon as directed on package. About 25 seconds.

  3. Spray a non stick skillet with no calorie non stick spray and heat over medium heat . Add vegetables and saute until spinach is wilted and tomatoes are heated through, about 2 minutes. Add egg mixture and cook until desired doneness is reached.

  4. Place eggs on plate and top with crumbled bacon and cheese.
