Recipe Ingredients for Italian Breaded Chicken

1 serving Chicken
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/4 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 tbsp Parsley, Dried
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs Italian Style
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 cup, chopped Onions
1 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled

Recipe Directions for Italian Breaded Chicken

  1. cut breast into bite sized chunks.

  2. Mix bread crumbs, parsley, parmesan cheese.

  3. Dip breast meat in egg beaters and dredge in bread crumbs.

  4. cut peppers, red onion and tomato into small pieces.

  5. pan fry chicken in olive oil with half the veggies. When chicken is half cooked, add remaining veggies.

  6. Toss with lemon juice to finish.

  7. Serve with pasta (not in receipe).
