Recipe Ingredients for Italian Beans and Rice

14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
14 1/2 ounce great northern beans
2/3 cup of rice
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt

Recipe Directions for Italian Beans and Rice

  1. empty tomatos and beans in saucepan with rice, seasoning, salt and pepper

  2. cook covered over medium high heat for 4 minutes

  3. uncover stir and cook another 4-5 minutes until rice is tender
