Recipe Ingredients for Italian Bean and Tuna Salad

15 1/2 oz navy beans, drained
5 oz canned tuna in water
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/3 cup green beans, blanched
3 tablespoons chives, fresh
2 tablespoons parsley, fresh
1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
5 oz arugula, raw

Recipe Directions for Italian Bean and Tuna Salad

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce; mix well. Refrigerate 10 minutes to blend flavors.

  2. Line 4 individual salad plates with lettuce. Spoon onto lettuce
