This salad is typical of what I ate for lunch every day at Tamam. Top with Tahina, Hummus, hot sauce and/or salad dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Israeli Veggie Salad

1 1/2 cup, slices Cucumber, seedless, w/ skin
1 Italian tomato,
7 small, Olives
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, green
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1 tsp, Garlic

Chop it all up, and mix it in a container.
