Recipe Ingredients for Israeli Salad

1/2 head lettuce
1/4 head cabbage
4 medium tomatoes
2 medium cucumber
2 medium carrots
5 green onions
2 tablespoons parsley
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil

Recipe Directions for Israeli Salad

  1. Dice tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into small cubes into a large bowl

  2. Grate carrots; add to bowl

  3. Shred lettuce and cabbage into small slivers; add to bowl

  4. Combine lemon juice and oil; mix very well

  5. Garnish with parsley

  6. Refrigerate for best results
