Israeli couscous salad with grren beans, feta, and pistachios

Recipe Ingredients for Israeli couscous salad

2 cups Israeli couscous
1/2 pound green beans
1 English cucumber
1 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup pistachios
1/4 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Israeli couscous salad

Cook couscous in boiling water for four minutes. Add green beans and cook two more minutes. Drain and rinse in cool water until cool. Transfer to large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
