50 grams Krinos Pitted Kalamata Olives
150 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

  1. Boil 1 cup of IC in 2 cups water until water is absorbed

  2. toss with cheeses, tomatoes, and olives

  3. add vinegar and salt ad pepper to taste
