Recipe Ingredients for Israeli couscous

1 cup israeli couscous
1 1/4 cups mushroom broth
1 1/2 oz dried cherries
15 oz kidney beans

Recipe Directions for Israeli couscous

  1. Bring mushroom broth to a boil in a large saucepan.

  2. Add israeli couscous and cherries and lower heat. Simmer covered for 6 minutes.

  3. Stir in one can low-sodium kidney beans. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Add spices to taste.
