Recipe Ingredients for Israel Salad

2 Cucumber
4 Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon garlic
1 gram morton's salt substitute

Recipe Directions for Israel Salad

Finely dice each vegetable. Combine the ingredients in a serving container and toss well. If time allows, let the salad stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
