Recipe Ingredients for Island Tofu Salad

0.5 fruit (2-7/8" dia) Oranges
1 cup Spinach
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
14.3 grams Raisins, Golden Seedless
1 cups Mixed Baby Greens

Recipe Directions for Island Tofu Salad

  1. Peel and cut orange crosswise into 1/4 inch thick slices and set aside.

  2. Toss spinach, salad, bell pepper and raisins in a large bowl.

  3. Prepare Cumin Vinaigrette dressing.

  4. Mound salad mixture on a large plate. Arrange Island Tofu and orange slices on top and drizzle with dressing.
