P90X Island Pork Tenderloin with Tofu

Recipe Ingredients for Island Tofu

1 package Extra Firm
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
2.83 grams Chile Powder
2.83 grams Ground Cumin
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.67 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.25 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1.5 tsp Garlic
1.5 tsp Tabasco Sauce

Recipe Directions for Island Tofu

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Stir together salt, pepper, cumin, chile powder and cinnamon, then coat tofu with spice rub.

  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a 12-inch skillet over moderately high heat and brown tofu, turning about 4 minutes.

  4. Stir together brown sugar, garlic, and Tabasco and pat onto top of tofu. Place in a roasting pan and cook for 20 minutes.tomatically number each separate paragraph.
