Recipe Ingredients for Island Slaw

0.5 cup slices Yambean (Jicama)
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 medium Red Bell Pepper
0.25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
0.25 head, medium (about 5" dia) Cabbage, Red
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lime yields Lime Juice
0.33 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for Island Slaw

  1. slice, dice, or shave(use a veggie peeler) your veggies however you'd like

  2. combine the lemon, sugar, honey, olive oil and cider vinegar in a small bowl

  3. add in salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to your liking

  4. combine solution with veggies and let set for about 15 minutes

  5. make sure to taste and re season if needed
