Mixed Fruit Energizer Smoothie with protein and flaxseed to help your body start the day right.

Recipe Ingredients for Island Protien Smoothie

1 cup Apple Juice, Canned Or Bottled, Unsweetened
1 scoop Super Advanced Whey Protein
1 container Light Very Vanilla
2 tbsp Essential Ground Flaxseed, Organic
1 medium banana Bananas
1.5 serving Frozen Mixed Fruit: mango, pineapple, peach, strawberry

Recipe Directions for Island Protien Smoothie

Blend 1.5 cups apple juice, 1 scoop whey protien, 2 tbls ground flaxseed and 6oz Vanilla Light yogurt. Add banana and mixed fruit and blend well. Add ice to fill remain room in blender and blend until ice is completly blended. Makes 4- 16oz. Drinks yum.
