Recipe Ingredients for Island Pork Tenderloin

16 oz. pork tenderloin, lean
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. chili powder
1/2 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 t. olive oil
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 T. garlic, chopped
1/2 T. Tabasco sauce

Recipe Directions for Island Pork Tenderloin

  1. Rub tenderloin with mixture of first 5 spices

  2. Then brown tenderloin in oil on all sides

  3. Mix next 3 ingredients and rub on browned tenderloin

  4. Roast in 350 oven for about 20 minutes
