Recipe Ingredients for Ironbaby cookies.

3 cups blackstrap molasses
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 cup amaranth flour
1/2 cup Coconut Spread
1/2 cup avocado
1 cup prune puree
2 tsp. baking powder
4 g Ener-G Foods Egg Replacer
2 cups infant cereal, dry
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 oz Vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Ironbaby cookies.

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease cookie sheet.

  2. Lightly cream prune puree, coconut spread, avocado and molasses. Mix in spices, egg replacer and vanilla.

  3. In a separate large bowl, mix flours, baking powder, and cereal together. Add margarine mixture, stirring to combine, mixing in almond milk (or other non-dairy milk) as needed.

  4. Drop onto prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes.
