I just wanted to get more iron and fiber so i made this soup

Recipe Ingredients for iron adding soup

0.5 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
1 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
1.5 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
1 clove Garlic
2 cup Spinach
3 1tsp Olive Oil
