Alternative to Quaker old-fashioned oats. Quite filling and staves off hunger all morning.

Recipe Ingredients for Irish Oatmeal and Peanut Butter

1/4 cup Irish Oatmeal
1 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter
1 serving Cozy Cottage Syrup
1 serving Fat Free Half and Half

Recipe Directions for Irish Oatmeal and Peanut Butter

Bring 3/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup to a low boil. Add 1/4 cup of steel cut oatmeal. Add peanut butter and simmer until thickened. Turn off heat and add splash of vanilla, cinnamon-splenda mix and half & half. If you add bananas and want them well incorporated (mushy) add the slices soon after adding the oats. If you add bananas and want them still firm, add them at the very end.
