Iranian white basmati rice with fried grated carrot + onions and minced beef

Recipe Ingredients for iranian zeresht rice

1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 oz Onions
1 cup slices Carrots
50 grams Beef
0.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for iranian zeresht rice

  1. 1) cook rice in rice cooker

  2. 2) fry bottom 3 ingredients together in a pan of olive oil

  3. 3) add rice to separate greased pot and mix fried ingredients in

  4. 4) cook for 40 mins (depending on heat)

  5. 5) put large serving plate on top of pan and turn upside down

  6. 6) scoop out any remaining tadiq (rice crust)
