Recipe Ingredients for Iranian Chicken Sauce

300 grams Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
200 grams Boneless Chicken Thighs
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
3 tsp Ghee Clarified Butter
3 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
5 g Cumin Powder
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Iranian Chicken Sauce

  1. Fry the chicken in ghee. Add, ginger, garlic pastes, salt, grated tomatoes and all other spices and cook until chicken is tender and the water from tomato has dried.

  2. Lastly add the ketchup and simmer for 3 minutes.
