Simple south-indian yummy recipe, which can be made within no time.

Recipe Ingredients for Instant Rava Dosa

1/4 cup Urad dal, powdered or All purpose flour
1 cup rice flour
1 cup semolina
1 tsp ginger, grated
1/2 tsp salt
2 small green peppers, chopped
7 black peppers
5 tsp oil
2 1/2 cups water (approx)

Recipe Directions for Instant Rava Dosa

  1. Mix all the ingredients to make into a watery batter.

  2. Heat the pan or girdle. Oil it or use non-stick spray.

  3. Pour uniformely mixed batter into a cup abt 1/2 cup.

  4. While shaking the cup, pour it on to the oiled girdle, from outer corner to inside of the girdle.

  5. Sprinkle oil around the dosa and spread uniformely.

  6. Dosa will start unsticking itself from the pan, turn it over for abt 3 secs and flip back, fold.

  7. Serve hot with chutney or pickle.

  8. Use Non-stick spray instead of oiling the pan. Oil makes the dosa crispier.
