1/2 c water
2 1/2 T buttermilk powder
2/3 c water
1 1/2 T olive oil
1 1/2 T barley malt syrup
2 1/2 c bread flour
1/3 c instant potato flakes
1 T gluten
1 1/4 t salt
1 3/4 t active dry yeast
