Recipe Ingredients for Instant mashed Potatoes

44 g instant mashed potato flakes
2/3 cup water
13/20 g salt substitute
1 tbl low-fat margarine
1/8 tsp parsley flakes
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Instant mashed Potatoes

  1. Combine water, salt substitute, margarine, parsley flakes and garlic powder in small saucepan. Bring to boil.

  2. Remove from heat, add milk and potato flakes. Stir until well-blended. Add water if needed to desired consistency.

  3. Serve.
