Mmm... quick n easy for a chocolate-peanut butter carb craving. Not exactly dietetic, but if you make them small (1 tbsp balls) then you can have four for under 300 calories :)

Recipe Ingredients for Instant Chocolate Quickbread

1 1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, mini sized

Recipe Directions for Instant Chocolate Quickbread

  1. Combine dry ingredients (first three). Stir in remaining ingredients, mix just till combined.

  2. Add water until a bread-dough consistency (smooth, not wet) is achieved. Form into bite-size balls (1-2 tbsp, ping pong-golf ball size.) Microwave on high for five minutes.

  3. 2 tbsp. sized balls makes 24 servings (for analysis shown below)
