Recipe Ingredients for Inside-Out Lasagna

8 ounces Organic Whole Wheat Fusilli
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cup onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
14 ounces Diced Tomatoes with Italian Herbs
6 cups baby spinach
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
3/4 cup ricotta cheese

Recipe Directions for Inside-Out Lasagna

  1. Boil Pasta

  2. Saute onion and garlic in oil and add mushrooms, salt, and pepper

  3. Add tomatoes, spinach, and crushed red pepper

  4. Toss the sauce with the pasta and divide

  5. Dollop each serving with 3 tbsp of ricotta
