Recipe Ingredients for Inidan Fajitas

2 cups Basmati rice
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1/2 purple onion
1/4 tspn red pepper flakes
6 3/5 oz beef tenderloin

Recipe Directions for Inidan Fajitas

  1. Cook or steam rice

  2. dice pepper, onions

  3. place oil in skillet and add spices, gently warm to release oil solubles from spices

  4. fry onions first, when they turn clear

  5. add precooked fajita meat and

  6. fry peppers till tender.
