Recipe Ingredients for indy's wilted coleslaw

1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for indy's wilted coleslaw

  1. heat oil on medium low

  2. add carrots and cover, cook for 5 minutes

  3. add ginger, garlic, cabbage and lime

  4. stir, cover and heat on low for 5 more minutes

  5. remove from heat

  6. add green onion and salt and pepper

  7. toss and serve
