2 cups garbanzo beans, dries
8 cups water
2 ounce smoked pork hock
1 pound pork sirloin roast
1 cup bell peppers, chopped
1 cup onion chopped
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for indy's slow cooker curry pork

  1. put water garbanzo beans salt and pork hock in slow cooker cook 4 hours on high, or until beans are just tender

  2. add pork and curry powder cook 2 hour

  3. turn to low

  4. add peppers and onion cook 1 to 2 hours

  5. serve
