Recipe Ingredients for indy's curries: tropical chicken with noodles

1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
106 grams (3 pieces) chicken tenders
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
5 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon paprika, smoked
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1/2 cup cabbage, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, julienned
3 ounces soba noodles, or 1 package ramen noodles wothout seasoning packet
1 ounce shrimp, peeled and deviened

Recipe Directions for indy's curries: tropical chicken with noodles

  1. break noodles and place in bowl of warm water

  2. heat oil in pan add chicken

  3. cover and cook 5 minutes

  4. add all seasoning and stir breaking up the chicken as you do

  5. add milk and yogurt, stir

  6. cover and cook 5 minutes

  7. add vegetables and shrimp

  8. cover and cook 5 minutes

  9. drain and add noodles and stir

  10. cook covered for 3-5 minutes until noodles are soft

  11. serve
