1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
439 grams (1 can) S&W caribbean style beans
54 grams taco seasoning

  1. heat oil in pan over medium heat

  2. slice chicken into thin strips

  3. brown in oil

  4. drain off excess liquid

  5. add beans liquid and all and taco seasoning

  6. add 1/4 cup water

  7. bring to a low boil

  8. turn to simmer and let cook about 15 minutes until chicken is cooked thru and liquid is reduced
