Recipe Ingredients for Individual Salsa Meat Loaves

2 large Egg, White
0.33 cup Quick Cooking Oats
1 serving Hot Sauce
10 tbsp Salsa
4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
16 oz Beef, Ground, 75% Lean Meat / 25% Fat, Crumbles

Recipe Directions for Individual Salsa Meat Loaves

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine egg whites, oats, 1/2 C salsa, 2 tbsp ketchup. Add beef; mix well.

  3. Divide into 4 equal oval shaped portions.

  4. Coat a foil lined rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray; place loaves on prepared pan.

  5. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until done.

  6. Combine remaining 2 tbsp salsa and ketchup in a small bowl and spread evenly over loaves when done.
