Recipe Ingredients for Individual Meatloaf

1/4 pound beef, ground, 95%
3 tablespoons dry oatmeal
2 tablespoons non fat milk
1/4 onion, diced
1 dash of Worcestershire, hot sauce, salt and pepper
1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Individual Meatloaf

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except tomato sauce.

  2. Form into loaf and place in a microwave safe dish.

  3. Spread tomato sauce over top.

  4. Cook on medium high for four minutes.

  5. Let rest for a minute or two before eating.

  6. Recipe makes one Individual Meatloaf.
