Recipe Ingredients for Individual Meat Loaves

2 eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup onion, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 lb. lean ground beef

Recipe Directions for Individual Meat Loaves

  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Blend in ketchup, water, minced onion. Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mix in breadcrumbs. With a fork, mix ground beef with other ingredients. Divide into 4 single-serving portions and shape into small loaves.

  2. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F. Place loaves on small, shallow baking sheet or toaster-oven tray. Bake about 30 minutes.

  3. To freeze loaf before baking, first wrap in foil. Thaw and bake. If still frozen, bake at 400 degrees F, then 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
