haven't made it yet but if it works it'll be a 140 calorie decadent dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Individual Bar dessert

2 tsp almond breeze, unsweetened
2 teaspoon all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons rolled oats
1 teaspoons brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon light butter , melted
8 grams semisweet chocolate chips
8 grams butterschotch baking chips

Recipe Directions for Individual Bar dessert

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a small custard of souffle dish with baking spray.

  2. Combine flour, baking soda, oats, brown sugar, salt and melted butter. Mix to combine, mixture will be very crumbly. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for a few minutes.

  4. Let cool slightly then sprinkle over the crust the chocolate chips and butterscotch pieces.

  5. Top with the remaining oatmeal mixture. You may need to break it into small pieces to cover.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees F about 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn.

  7. Spread Walden Farms Caramel topping over top when cool and enjoy.
