2 medium (3") Apples
2 crust, single 9" Pie Crust, Standard-type
4 tbsp Butter
0.34 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Individual Apple Pies

Brush pie crust with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Slice each apple into 8 pieces. Slice each pie crust into 8 strips. Roll each apple slice in 1 crust strip. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until crust is lightly brown.
