Recipe Ingredients for Indian Zuchini and Mushroom in Cream Sauce

1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp coriander, ground
1/4 tsp chili powder
2 cups mushroom
1 large zuchini

Recipe Directions for Indian Zuchini and Mushroom in Cream Sauce

  1. Saute onion in oil.

  2. Add spices and stir.

  3. Chop mushrooms and zuchini. Add and saute for 10 minutes.

  4. Add soy sour cream.

  5. Garnish with cilantro.
