1 stalk Broccoli
8 medium Carrots, Baby
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 serving spice world minced garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Frozen Chopped Ginger
1 tbsp Canola Blend Oil
1 serving gfs peanut butter smooth
1 serving Tikka Masala Curry Cooking Sauce
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Indian veggie stirfry

  1. heat oil in large pan

  2. heat chopped onion, garlic & ginger until onions are clear

  3. add each ingredient separately in this order, turning until coated with oil mixture

  4. carrots

  5. broccoli

  6. green peppers

  7. celery

  8. yellow peppers

  9. tikka masala sauce

  10. peanut butter

  11. stir until all veggies are coated with blended sauces
