1 oz olive oil
1 oz cumin seed
1 oz turmeric
1 oz paprika
1 oz Garam Masala
1 oz curry
2 cups green beans
2 cups potato
3 medium tomatoes
1 onion
1 cup water
1 oz Plain Lowfat
2 slices bread
1 oz whipped butter

Recipe Directions for indian veggie dish

oil cummin seeds and onions .. saute then add all veggies.. cook... until boiled down.... serve with bread butter and yogurt
