Recipe Ingredients for Indian Summer Stew

1 lb butternut squash
1 sweet potato
1 cup yellow peas
12 oz diced tomato
12 oz coconut milk
1 can chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Indian Summer Stew

  1. cut butternut squash in 1/2 in pieces.

  2. rinse yellow peas

  3. combine all with 1 teaspoon turmeric and 1 tsp cumin

  4. salt to taste

  5. simmer for 30 min
