I add crushed red chillies or cut green chillies to the mushrroms and then sprinkle with lemon juice for that extra zing!

Recipe Ingredients for Indian Style Stuffed Mushrooms

15 large Mushrooms
8 tablespoon olive oil
500 grams grated cheddar cheese
1 slice brown bread (bread crumbs)
8 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoon cilantro

Recipe Directions for Indian Style Stuffed Mushrooms

Remove Stems carefully and chop finely.In a bowl mix choppede mushrooms, bread crumbs, cheese, olive oil( 6 table spoons), crushed garlic and chopped cilantro. Heat oven to 200C. Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and then stuff the mushrooms with the filling.Cook in middle of oven for 20 minuites. Squeeze fresh lemon on top when ready Enjoy!!!
