1/4 oz chilli pepper hot
1 teaspoon ginger root
1 tablespoon fresh coriander
1 tablespoon wholewheat flour
1 medium egg
4 garlic cloves

blend all ingredients ingredients in a food processor, then form into 8 fish cakes and shallow fry until golden brown.
