Indian Spiced Cauliflower and Potato aka Aloo Gobi

Recipe Ingredients for Indian Spiced Cauliflower and Potato aka Aloo Gobi

1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tbsp Butter
0.5 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Coriander Leaf, Dried
0.5 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Indian Spiced Cauliflower and Potato aka Aloo Gobi

In a pot of salted water, boil potatoes for 4 minutes. Add the cauliflower and cook an additional 5 minutes. Drain. Meanwhile in a large frying pan, heat butter on low flame and cook onions until translucent. Add potatoes, cauliflower and remaining spices and sauté for about 4 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water and mix a few more minutes.
