Recipe Ingredients for Indian Rogan Josh Dinner

1 cup Diced Onion
16 oz of canned tomatoes
1/2 lb of 90% lean ground beef
1/2 lb of ground lean turkey
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup lentil
1 cup split peas
1 1/2 cup frozen baby peas
2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Indian Rogan Josh Dinner

  1. Add veggies and lentils together

  2. simmer for an hour in water, stock and juices of tomatoes.

  3. Mix meat with spices.

  4. Form small 1 inch balls.

  5. pan fry in oil. Use lid to steam and cook through.

  6. add curry sauce and simmer for at least 30 min.

  7. enjoy
