Recipe Ingredients for Indian Quinoa

6 oz chicken breast
3/4 cup quinoa
1/2 cup onion
2 stalks celery
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Indian Quinoa

  1. chop chicken breast and add to pot of quinoa and chicken stock and 1 cup water

  2. add curry powder and garlic

  3. add chopped onion

  4. slice sundried tomatoes finely and add to pot.

  5. bring to boil and cover, let simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
