1 tablespoon oil
1 large onion, chopped
1/6 cup coconut milk
5 chili pepper
3 cups pumpkin
1 tomato
1/2 tablespoon red chili powder
10 grams salt

Recipe Directions for Indian pumpkin curry

  1. cut onions and green chili long

  2. fry onions and chili in oil

  3. fry the pumpkin

  4. add salt and red chili pepper powder

  5. add tomatoes ,

  6. wait until the pumpkin is cooked

  7. add water and coconut milk ..

  8. serve hot with chapati !
