Recipe Ingredients for Indian Pie

1350 g Potatoes, cooked and mashed with
25 g Stork SB Margarine
450 g Sainsburys Basics Beef & Pork Mince
375 g onion, chopped
2 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
1/2 tbsp Curry Powder
1 1/2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
3 tbsp water
400 g Tomatoes, chopped

Recipe Directions for Indian Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425F/240C/Gas 6/220C (Fan).

  2. Heat a medium saucepan and brown mince with onion.

  3. Add Garam Masala, Curry Powder and vinegar, and cook for 5 minutes

  4. Add tomato and water and continue cooking for 10 minutes.

  5. Adjust seasoning, turn into a casserole dish and top with potato. Cook for 25-30 minutes.
