Okra with yogurt and indian spices

Recipe Ingredients for Indian Okra

1 lb okra
1 tbsp olive oil
3 chili peppers
1 onion
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp yogurt
2 med tomato
1 tbsp fresh coriander

Recipe Directions for Indian Okra

  1. Slice okra into 1 cm pieces, remove tail and head.

  2. Saute onion, peppers in olive oil, add onion seed and turmeric. Add okra.

  3. When okra is cooked, add remainder of ingredients.
